Privacy without unnecessary collection.

This policy describes how Austin Oaks Solutions handles information in connection with its public website and Job Heartbeat service.

Information we may process

• Account and contact information such as email address.
• Service configuration such as check names, expected schedules/deadlines, alert settings, and heartbeat status/timestamps.
• Authentication and service identifiers required to operate the product.
• Billing identifiers and subscription status provided by Stripe. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe, not stored by Austin Oaks Solutions as part of normal Job Heartbeat operation.
• Technical and security logs such as request time, IP address, user agent, response status, and error information where generated by the application or infrastructure.
• Support communications you choose to send us.

How we use information

We use information to operate Job Heartbeat, authenticate requests, send alerts and service messages, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

What we do not need for a heartbeat

The core heartbeat request does not require you to send workflow payloads, model prompts, customer records, passwords, or automation-platform credentials. Do not include sensitive data in heartbeat requests unless the product explicitly asks for it.

Service providers

We currently use Railway for hosting/infrastructure, Stripe for billing, and Resend for service email. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention

Application event records are currently designed to be pruned after 30 days. Account, billing, support, security, and provider-level records may be retained longer where needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, meet contractual obligations, or comply with law.

Selling data and advertising

Austin Oaks Solutions does not sell customer personal information to advertisers. The public company site is not designed around behavioral advertising.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to records we must retain for security, billing, legal, or operational reasons.
